The veteran actor was one of Nollywood pioneering stars.
But spending many years in the industry, Saint Obi has been extremely quiet until now; grabbing a new gig in Media Consultancy which had always been his second passion.
At the moment, St Obi and his team are busy developing and executing ingenious strategies towards the successful re-election of Nigerian President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
Regarding his new gig, St Obi had this to say:
"Despite the security challenges in the Nigeria, which will certainly end very soon, no Nigerian President had performed better than President Goodluck Jonathan in terms of first 3 years as President. This is a fact, not the falsehood circulated by 2015 power seeking propagandists…"
It begets the question: why are most of the actors all venturing into politics in different capacities? Is it because for most African countries, it is easier to make more money in government than in the private sector?
