Mr. Aderiye was on his way home when the gunmen numbering about four accosted and shot him at close range.Mr. Aderiye, a staunch supporter of Governor-elect, Ayodele Fayose was part of Mr. Fayose's team that attacked a state high court judge earlier yesterday.
The alleged thugs attacked Justice John Adeyeye, beating him up and ripping his clothes for being allegedly rude to Fayose. Fayose, first slapped the judge and then ordered his thugs to beat him further...see Graphic pic below

"Perhaps long dead and buried," Tanko would say. "But he was a terror," Bawa reminded. He had succeeded. his father as the tobacco merchant in ,Jogongan even though he was once a banker. Garba would laugh. "Come to think of it, he was a good man. The lesson of the forbidden fruits was that of obedience.
