"Iron Chef" Bobby Flay cooks his steaks medium rare ... but his marriage is well, done, and divorce is right around the corner.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Bobby and his wife, "Law and Order: SVU" star Stephanie March, separated 3 weeks ago. Flay moved out of their NYC home.

We're told both have hooked up with attorneys ... and divorce talks have started.

The marriage has been deteriorating over the past year-and-a-half. We're told things reached a boiling point last year when Bobby didn't come to the hospital until the day after Stephanie's appendix burst. She was livid when she claims he said he was busy with work and had to leave before she was discharged ... but offered to send his assistant to help out.

Bobby and Stephanie celebrated 10 years of marriage in February ... only not together. We're told Flay spent the time in Florida at a wine festival with his 'B-Team' -- his group of assistants.

Bobby and Stephanie were married in 2005 and have no kids together -- he already has 2 previous divorces under his belt ... this will be her first.

Igbo groups take Oba of Lagos to National Human Rights Commission

Igbo groups, Ohanaeze-Ndigbo and Igbo Justice Congress have issued a petition against Oba of Lagos to the Executive Secretary of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Prof. Bem Angwe. The petition seeks to forestal threats made made the Oba against Igbos. 

The petition which was issued by Innocent Arinze and Arinze Ugwu for the groups read, 

"The entire Igbo in Lagos State seeks your intervention to forestall the threat by HRM Oba Akiolu, the Oba of Lagos to drown all Ndigbo in Lagos State inside the Lagoon if they failed to vote his candidate, Ambode of the APC Lagos.

Similar to point 3 but the difference is they deliberately divert his calls or barred his number among barred incoming call numbers. A friend of mine who once worked at a telecom call centre told me about ladies requesting their help in barring lines from calling them.. hehehe!

5. Incessantly quiet



Visiting such ladies is a nightmare mission. You will do the talking till your brain wear off. You can't differentiate their quietness from a mortuary. Perhaps the only time they talk when they get offset is telling the guy to get out.

President Barack Obama of the United State has presented a Certificate of Commendation to INEC chairman, Attahiru Jega, over the peaceful conduct of the Presidential and National Assembly elections which held on March 28th.

The 'Certificate of Commendation' was presented to Jega on behalf of the US government by US Ambassador to Nigeria, James Entwistle. Entwistle said Jega's performance with the election was 'outstanding and worthy of emulation.'

But yesterday, Federal Commissioner for Information and South South leader, Chief Edwin Clark condemned the award, saying it was too hasty since the Governorship and state Houses of Assembly elections haven't even held. He told the US to leave Nigeria alone…




"I was surprised that Barack Obama gave Professor Attahiru Jega an award when the elections are still on . Obama should be tactful in handling the affairs of Africa. US should leave us alone, Nigeria is an Independent country. They tried it Egypt, they should not try anything in Nigeria."

Taxi driver nabbed in Abuja after robbing woman...(Photos)

A taxi driver identified as Collins Eze, was caught this morning around Yaradua center in Abuja after he robbed a woman passenger. 

After robbing the woman, he was said to have pushed her out of his taxi and climbed over her. Other commuters who caught glimpse of the inccident, gave him a hot chase and caught up with him.

He has since been taken to Mabushi Police Station.

Korede Bello's invitation to perform his hit song God Win at Harvesters International Christian Centre (HICC) has drawn criticism from US-based, Pastor Olusola Fabunmi. 

Pastor Fabunmi  who  obviously was not impressed with the show and  the artiste's invitation to perform on a church alter described it as friendship with the world.

 He quoted James 4:4, "Friendship with the world is enmity to God? Whosoever therefore will be friend of the world is enemy of God."

He further said that, "Korede Bello is a young man I love personally, and have nothing against him. But it's written here, that when we chose the way of the world, we have clearly chosen our paths; becoming an enemy of God. Please, there must be a clearly defined boundaries of who sings, and /or ministers in churches. Some of the questions that comes to mind are; is he born again? Sanctified with the spirit of God and baptized in the Holy Spirit," he said.

"Also, let's ask ourselves, what's even the purpose of people singing in churches and Christian concerts? Where purpose is lacking, abuse is inevitable writes Francis Wale Oke in his book; The Power of the Holy Spirit. So I believe very strongly that one major purpose of choristers or Psalmists singing is to prepare the minds and hearts of the people for the word of God that is to come shortly; since we see in parable of the sower that the hearts of men is like a soil, and when the seed (which is the word of God) is sown, one of the factors that will determine the level of harvest yielded is the condition of the soil (hearts)."

He concluded by saying, "I wish to submit by saying that the only difference that makes the difference between church gatherings/ programs and others like clubs, parties is the Presence of Almighty God. If he is not there, we might spend hours and do all manners of spiritual gymnastics, it's sheer of wasting of time, energy and resources. And the ministers who knows their onions do all it takes to secure his presence. But I think today in the word of a very senior man of God, one of the older generation, Dr. Ayodele who said in Houston recently, that churches in this generation has been reduced to ABC… Meaning; Attendance, Building and Cash.

President Jonathan loses special adviser, Oronto Douglas to Cancer

Its double tragedy in President Goodluck Jonathan's camp as he loses special adviser and aide, Oronto Douglas is to the cold hands of death in the early hours of Wednesday.

Douglas was said to have died at the State House clinic as a result of complications from Cancer.

He was said to have been sick with cancer for many years.
