The new law entitled: "Kano State Penal Code Amendment Law" was signed by the governor at the 174th session of the Kano State Executive Council meeting, which took place at the Government House yesterday.

Kano State Attorney General, Mr. Maliki Kuliya, who briefed the press on the amended Penal Code explained that, "the minimum punishment for this offence (rape) is 14 years imprisonment."

After six months, social photo sharing site, Instagram has restored Rihanna's account.

The website had deactivated her account because she posted a nde photo of herself, violating the rules use.

On Tuesday, April 29, Rihanna posted her revealing cover for French magazine Lui on Instagram which resulted in a a warning from site officials for the singer to stop sharing semi-nde photos or risk having her account permanently removed.

The photo was deleted by Instagram and the singer responded by posting the banned pic on Twitter instead. She also appeared to mock Instagram's rules by sharing a comical photo alongside the caption "Rih's next magazine cover if it was up to Instagram."

After more willful violations, Instagram deactivated Rihanna's account.

Yeah i will start with honesty because any relatioship/marriage build on honesty will lead to somewhere positive. That I said you should communicate regular doesn't mean killing yourself over the phone. It is unwise to be overly "sticky" and possessive.
