Memories Pizza -- the first Indiana business to declare it would refuse LGBT business -- got blasted on the Internet and by phone, but the owner says there's been a huge misunderstanding ... sorta.

Kevin O'Connor tells TMZ he's had to temporarily close his business after he told a reporter he would refuse to cater a gay wedding under Indiana's new Religious Freedom Restoration Act. O'Connor says he was immediately flooded by threatening phone calls, and social media postings.

O'Connor wants to clear up one thing: He says he would never deny service to gay people in his restaurant. However, due to his religious beliefs, he does not believe in gay marriage ... and that's why he wouldn't service one.

Meanwhile, he says the threats have been serious enough that he's closing his pizza joint ... at least until the dust settles.

Change is in the air. It is a new dawn and all over the country, people are getting caught up in the excitement and expectation. This was evident today as supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos thronged the campaign secretariat of the party's governorship candidate in Gbagada, Lagos to celebrate the party's victory in the presidential elections. The large crowd of supporters danced and sang songs of victory and repeatedly chanted "Sai Nigeria", "Sai Baba", and "Ambo", the slogan of Akinwunmi Ambode.

The highpoint was the arrival of the man himself, Akinwunmi Ambode. The crowd erupted in chants of "Ambo" and clung to his car. Akinwunmi Ambode obliged the supportes and came out of his car to salute them. This further excited the already frenzied crowd who chanted "Ambo" "Ambo".

The supporters expressed confidence that the APC's victory will bring positive change to Nigeria. They added that victory for Akinwunmi Ambode come April 11, will bring further development and progress to Lagos, especially now that there will be an APC government at the centre.

Ambode enjoined the supporters to remain united in their common quest for a new Nigeria. He said, "This is not the time to express hate in any form. Nigerians have shown impressive readiness to make our country work again. We must remain united in this one purpose to make our nation great."

Jeremy Renner was finally able to put an end to the weirdest custody/support battle in recent memory ... his estranged wife has agreed to a settlement, which Jeremy was willing to do all along.

The settlement includes both custody and child support involving their 2-year-old daughter Ava.  

Under the terms of the settlement ... Jeremy will share 50/50 custody with Sonni.  She'll get $13K a month for child support.  She gets no spousal support  -- the marriage lasted only 10 months and there was a prenup.  

Sonni's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said in court Wednesday there could be more issues, but Jeremy's lawyer, Laura Wasser, rolled her eyes to the judge and said the case was fully resolved.

Sonni Pacheco filed for divorce in December 2014. The two have been fighting over custody of Ava -- Pacheco wants primary custody while Jeremy wants a 50/50 split. What's weird is that Jeremy's had 50% custody since they split, and she was fine with that.

There's also the issue of money -- Pacheco was angling for more money, because Jeremy makes millions.

Renner has also claimed Pacheco tried to extort him by saying she would release intimate videos of him if he went back on his promise to help her get a green card.

Nigerian swinger, 35 year old Edmund Echukwu (pictured left) died after drowning in a swimming pool at a swingers' party in an upmarket village in the UK last week. The father of two, was pulled from the pool of a £3million mansion in Radlett, Hertfordshire where a James Bond-themed sex party was happening last Friday night, March 27th. Other guests at the party tried to revive him but were unable to. He was pronounced dead at Watford General Hospital hours later, UK Daily Mail reports.

The organizers of the party, Richard Stanley, 66, and his partner Janet Harrison, 58, said guests brought their own alcohol to the party and Mr Echukwu had been seen drinking from a bottle of Jack Daniel's'. He was with a woman when he suddenly lost balance in the pool and drowned.

It was the first time, according to his friends, that Edmund, who worked as a care worker, would attend a sex-party.

A‎35-year old man, Ibrahim Adamu is currently in police net in Benin for allegedly shaving the pubic hair of a 25-year old woman, Jumai Jasper, while sleeping in his room.

Edo State Police Commissioner, Samuel Adegbuyi, who paraded Adamu and 27 others at the ‎state police command headquarters on Wednesday, said the suspect lured the victim "into his room, shave her arm pit hair and her pubic hair without her consent."

Adamu, a resident of Aduwawa community in Benin who hails from Funtua local government area of Katsina state, confessed to shaving the woman's pubic hair while sleeping, but said that the woman was his girlfriend.

"I shaved the pubic hair of the woman because I wanted to sleep with her, she is my girlfriend," he said.

He however denied that he did it for ritual purposes, adding that, he threw away the hair away afterwards.

Ibrahim added that when the woman woke up and discovered that he had shaved off her hair, she demanded the hair but when he could not produce it, she raised alarm and the people around the place called the police ‎who arrested him immediately.

The police commissioner said investigation was still ongoing into the case.

Taylor Gang teammates Wiz Khalifa and Ty Dolla $ign have dropped their joint EP, 'Talk About It In the Morning', via Soundcloud.

The five-track EP premiered on March 31, 2015, on Taylor Gang's website.

Wiz and Ty $ mentioned they will be releasing 'Talk About It In the Morning' a few weeks ago.

According to the singer, he listened to a lot of Sunny Ade's songs while growing up, and he is part of the reasons he sings today. It was learnt that Daddy Showkey at a show that took place at Oriental Hotel in Lagos few days ago, had introduced the young singer to KSA who blessed him as seen in the photos above. A baby girl born on March 26th with a facial deformity is being worshiped in India like a god. Villagers near Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh in India, have flocked to see the 'divine' girl with the deformity resembling an elephant's trunk in the belief she is an incarnation of the elephant-headed god Ganesha.


According to Asian News, doctors told the villagers the girl's condition may well be a genetic mutation. The newborn's aunt, named as Rajani, told the news agency: "My sister-in-law gave birth to a girl and her face looks exactly like Lord Ganesha. Everybody is saying she is an incarnation of the god. This is why whoever hears about her is coming here to get a glimpse of the baby and are making whatever offerings possible."

Asian News reports that doctors said they will examine the girl to find out the extent of her condition and whether they need to operate. Doctors said the condition could be a genetic mutation triggered by malnutrition and increased pollution.

Kim Kardashian got a shocking news from her fertility doctor - that she will need to have her uterus removed if she has another baby. In a preview clip from an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim told the camera;

"I'm trying to get a hold of Kanye, because I just came from my fertility doctor and they need me to go into surgery to clear out something in my uterus," she told the cameras.

She later gets hold of Kanye and shares the shocking news with hi. What she told Kanye after the cut

"When you have your baby, this will be your last one, because the problem is your placenta grew on your uterus, so when you have another baby, your placenta will go right to that hole and then we'll have a team of doctors waiting right there, to remove your uterus and put you into emergency surgery right there because you can't bleed too much," Kim tells her husband.

I hasten to congratulate you on your success and victory in the Presidential Elections of March 28, 2015. Your success and victory after three previous unsuccessful attempts must be great object lessons for you and for all politicians, particularly in Nigeria. For me, the totality of 2015 elections hold many lessons for our democracy and democratisation process, which are both maturing. On this occasion, the system has been unnecessarily overheated before and particularly during the campaigns when emphasis was more on trivialities and hate, divisive, undignifying and disrespectful statements and comments rather than on pressing issues requiring attention.

I know that in victory, you will be magnanimous to start binding the wounds and bitterness occasioned by the campaign and the evil disciples.

With so much harm already done to many national institutions including the military, which proudly nurtured you and me, you will have a lot to do on institution reform, education, healthcare, economy, security, infrastructure, power, youth employment, agribusiness, oil and gas, external affairs, cohesiveness of our nation and ridding our land of corruption.

Your varied and wide experience will undoubtedly stand you in good stead. I am also sure that there are men and women of goodwill, character and virtue across the board that you can mobilise to join hands with you in the reform, repairs and redirection that will be imperative to put Nigeria back on the fast lane of good governance, unity, cohesiveness, development and progress.
