A 300 level female undergraduate of Economics at Babcock University identified as Damilola Koya was found dead in the early hours of Wednesday, October 8, 2014 in her hostel.
According to report by Liveschoolnews, the student was reported dead in the early hours of today in one of the hostels, "Bethel Splendour hall".

As at the time of this report, the cause of her death was not yet determined. Sources said she slept normally and couldn't wake up in the morning.
The school management has confirmed her death and assured people that police are currently carrying out investigations to find out the events surrounding her death.
