A 40 year old serial rapist Suresh Kumarin from the Ganganagar province in India, had his manhood cut off by local residents who heard the screams of his victim in an alley and rushed to her rescue.The residents who are said to be tired of the incessant cases of rape going on in the area, took the laws into their hands and dragged Suresh into a butcher's shop and chopped off his penis with a cleaver's knife and later dumped him in the middle of the road.
According to reports after hearing terrified screams, the mob rushed down to the alley where Suresh was found trying to force himself into the terrified girl against a wall.
He was then arrested as he made attempts to escape and following a community meeting, the vigilantes now dragged him to a local butcher's shop where they beat him with sticks for an hour, before chopping off his genitalia with a meat cleaver.The remains were then dumped in the middle of the road with Kumar's bleeding body nearby.A local man, Aamir Dhawan, gave his thoughts about the incident :
"No one went to help the man because they could see his penis on the ground and knew this was punishment for a sex crime.We have had a lot of intolerable offences against women in this country recently, with girls being raped, hung, and molested, and it's time it stopped."Suresh was eventually taken to hospital where doctors described his condition as critical.
