The Federal Government has approved the construction of Lolo dry inland terminal container port in Kebbi State. Governor Saidu Dakingari disclosed this at the weekend when he visited district heads of Illo, Bani and Kasati, as part of his inspection tour of roads in the area.

He said the depot, which would be located along the border with Benin and Niger Republics, would enhance economic activities.
"I am confident that the construction of the port will commence soon and I believe it will promote peace and good relationship among Nigeria, Niger and Benin," he said.
