With this new revelation, the City of Light might start experiencing "heavy" immigration flow. Youthful Cities Affordability Index compiled by Toronto-based Decode group has ranked French capital, Paris as the most affordable place for young people between the ages of 19-30 to live.

Paris topped the list is because of it's minimum wage, it has a minimum wage of €9.53 per hour; the highest of all the cities covered in the study. Other criteria include wage, rent, fast food, transport and cinema.
