Shout out to all the young ladies and women out  there who thought they were already women when they first saw that red little stain on their panties. I rep gan.

Then the lectures started; don't let a guy touch you oooo or don't even look at any guy who is winking at you because if you do, you will get pregnant.

I was young so we had to believe everything that was said, infact I was so scared that whenever I talked with my male friends at school and I coincidentally started having running tummy, I would think I was pregnant. Did you experience that too? Anyway, that is by the way.

Now back to the issue of the red liquid that comes out of our body, I don't know about you, but for me those first three days of the five days are the most annoying days of d month.

I used to think as I grew older, I will begin to get use to it but mehn, NOOO. It was a shock to me when I found out then that the only time to be freed of this blessing in disguise is if I got pregnant.

Twas then we began to watch when and how we eat. The mothers then would say "don't eat too much fatty food or drink too much soft drinks a week to your cycle, mi o fe gbo ikun n dunmi o". So the Mps started, d vomiting, d taking of injection 2days before it comes, the mood swings and d irritations. Drrrrrrrrr

Then the  awkward moments began: 

Turning around and asking any lady around you the most frustrating question - "sorry pls hop I am not stained" or sitting and talking wit a group of people and you choose to be the last to leave because you are not sure if the chair is stained or not (this one happens frequently in church and in class), God help u if d chair is not white plastic. 

And wen u eventually stand, u take a close look at d chair and whisper a "thank God" if it is not stained and den turn round several times to look at d back of your skirt or gown or wateva....dat is y trousers are d best at such times.

There are times wen we just stand and when people ask, we respond wit a "notin, I just feel like standing"- pls who is that person dat just feels like standing wen others are sitting - it is bcos we fear that our sitting down may spread d liquid to unwanted places - d chair.

I also remember dose times wen i tie my sweater around my waist in college cos I dnt know if a red stain is on my skirt or d pad is not well placed and might b showing wen I move.

D most awkward of dem happened recently, not to me sha.looool. I actually pitied d bike man...I was in d park waitin for a bus and beside me was ds bike man waitin for 2 passengers but I noticed dat ladies dint want to climb d bike I wondered y.

So I moved closer and noticed dat there was a large liquid stain on d bike but didn't know what it was, evn d bike man didn't know until he saw a lady who refused to sit on d bike bcos of d stain (mayb she already knew) so d man got a towel to clean d bike and there it was,  a very thick red stain in d towel. Ahahahahahahahah

The bike man was confused, I was wonderin what he tot it was as he put d red stained piece of clothe to his nose to smell its content...".It is not our fault oo men, we are sorry in any way we have mistakenly shown u d red stain, we didn't mean to, it is just a phase from our girlhood to adulthood.
